Kue Bangket Susu

                                        
Akhirnya terpancing juga untuk ikutan NCC Week kali ini: Kue bangket.
Resep diambil dari mbak Nadrah, cuman biar tambah mahteh, aku tambahin essense susu.
Rasanya susu banget dan by surprise ternyata suami sangat familiar dg kue tradisional yang satu ini karena di kampung halaman dulu adalah makanan yang selalu disajikan sebelum Chinese New Year.

Buat yang suka Sagu dan Susu, this is recommended.

Resep Kue Bangket Susu
oleh: Nadrah Shahab


Bahan:
500 gr sagu
100 gr margarine
150 gr gula halus -- (Evi: kuranging menjadi 130gr, karena tidak terlalu suka manis)
75 gr susu kental manis
ambah Essense Susu 1tbs

Cara membuat:
1.Sagu disangrai dengan daun pandan, dinginkan
2.Campur semua bahan
3.Cetak menggunakan cetakan kue satu
4.Bakar dgn api kecil (140 derajad celcius)
selama lk 10 mnt 
5. Angkat kukis tidak pada saat panas.
6. karena kue ini textur nya rapuh sekali, angkatnya harus dengan kasih sayang, atur ditoples, jangan diangkat lagi, kecuali mau dimakan.

Chinese New Year Edition - Pinky theme

PINKY SET

I love this pink Lunar New Year cupcake set.
Looks very fresh and cute, perfect selection for young receivers.
There are 9pc in the package with combination of vanilla, chocolate & cheese cupcakes.
This sweet set was ordered by a good frind of mine, Liza. (thanks ya)
She is a very detail oriented person and always look for  perfection which is helping me alot in improving
my creation. I am thankful for her detail input and here they are.....not bad isn't it?

You must be wondering why there is "gold ball" in this set? yup it is not common....and the colour was not really goes with the pink set..but it is okay.
The ball was ordered very late before the delivery day and specially included in the set because the "receiver" loves football and Liza would like to send him the gold ball as the symbol of prosperity...
Hopefully he loves it....

Pennylane's Brownie



This is one of the famous brownie has been discussed in our milist...

it tastes yummy and has become one of my family fav...

PENNYLANE'S  BROWNIES by NCC:
Bahan:

4 butir telur
2 cup gula pasir
1 cup minyak goreng
3/4 cup bubuk coklat
1 1/2 cup tepung terigu
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdt vanili
1/2 cup kacang tanah cincang/kenari panggang
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips


Cara membuat:
-Alasi loyang dengan kertas roti, olesi mentega. Panaskan oven 180 derajat celcius.
-Campur coklat, terigu dan vanili bubuk.
-Telur dan gula dikocok sampai mengembang dan butiran gula menjadi lebih halus.
-Masukkan garam, kocok hingga rata.
-Matikan mikser, ayakkan campuran tepung ke dalam adonan telur, aduk rata. Masukkan minyak goreng,  
  aduk hingga rata. Masukkan kacang tanah/kenari dan chocolate chips, aduk rata.
-Tuang adonan ke loyang, panggang +/- 35 menit. Test dengan tusuk gigi/lidi yang bersih.
-Dinginkan sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang dan dipotong-potong.

Catatan:
Gunakan cangkir pengukur (measuring cup). Jika tidak ada, gunakan cangkir kopi ukuran standard.
Brownies ini tekstur atasnya akan kering retak-retak, sedangkan dalamnya basah.
Brownies akan semakin enak setelah diinapkan semalam

The birthday man has 3 lovely dogs. And they do not want to miss their boss' big day.
Hhmmm...true true that Dogs are Mens' Best Friend..

Between Paris and Jakarta...


This cake was ordered by Anne from Paris for her sweetheart Rintho in Jakarta.
The reason for having "guitar" is because Rintho loves guitar. I put 2 guitars, the other one is red but did not manage to take the shot this morning before delivery...
I put some "loves" around the edges as well to keep it full.
Base Cake: Devil's Food (choccolate)
with strawberry jam on each layer.
To make the cake moist, I sprayed Kahlua a bit...yum yum...

Just got a message that Rintho loves it and Anne is satisfied with the work..
